To maintain a list of clients in order to provide them with information about classes and events
To ensure all clients’ safety by taking account of relevant health information and delivering appropriate classes
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Contact you with all the information you need to attend class
• Offer you information about attending selected other classes or events that we
offer
Modify individual poses or other aspects of classes as appropriate to cater for the health needs of every attendee
We will not share this information with any other organisation or individual.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a computer with anti-virus software and in a secure part of the cloud.
We keep your personal identifiers, contacts information for five years since you last attended a class. We will then delete your information from all IT hardware and the cloud.
We keep your health information for n years. We will then delete your information from all IT hardware and the cloud.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
